Clive Gibson is Senior Vice President and leads NexantECA’s Energy and Chemicals Consulting activities in Asia, based in Bangkok. He has 30 years of combined consulting and industry experience supporting clients in over 40 countries, and has spent almost 20 years based in Asia. Prior to joining NexantECA over 20 years ago, Clive spent six years working for ExxonMobil at Fawley Refinery, the largest refinery in the UK, where he undertook a number of operational and commercial roles. He has a first class Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Nottingham in the UK.
Lee Fagg is Vice President of NexantECA’s Energy and Chemicals Consulting activities in Asia, based in Bangkok, where he leads support to chemicals companies navigating structural changes in the energy and chemicals sector, including the wide ranging impacts of the energy transition. He has over 25 years of combined consulting and industry experience in chemicals covering both technology and commercial aspects of the industry. Over his career Lee has worked across all major regions but has been based in Asia for the last 16 years. Prior to joining NexantECA, Lee worked for SASOL and Rio Tinto in a variety of commercial and business development roles. He studied Chemistry and Business at Leeds University in the UK.
Mais Haddadin is Principal and leader of NexantECA’s Global Sustainability activities, with a focus on supporting strategic initiatives and industry engagement. Mais is a chemical engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the advisory sector developing international commercial opportunities in innovation, market expansion strategies, international development, and public private partnerships. She is deploying her versatile mix of experience to support clients in the transition towards carbon neutrality, the circular economy and clean energy. She has led multiple consulting engagements addressing carbon neutrality, regulatory and policy drivers, EU green deal investment needs, carbon intensity benchmarking, accessibility to alternative feedstocks, circular economy technology assessments and carbon taxation
