Mais Haddadin is a Vice President at NexantECA and the Global Sustainability Lead with a focus on strategic engagement in the sector. Mais is passionate about holistic approach to sustainability and believes that the future is connected, transparent and collaborative.
Architect of strategic collaborations and partnerships with a diverse global network, she has over 20 years’ experience in the advisory sector developing international commercial opportunities in innovation, market growth strategies, international development, and public private partnerships.
Renowned for strong leadership of complex projects and cross-functional teams supporting the transition towards carbon neutrality, clean energy and circular economy. Mais oversaw multiple projects with strategic industry bodies and clients on carbon neutrality roadmaps, regulatory and policy impacts, alternative sustainable materials and carbon accounting & ESG.
Prior to joining NexantECA, Mais worked closely with multinationals, small to mid-cap enterprises, NGOs, and governments. She led public funded Innovative R&D projects and transformational economic programmes on European and international levels. Mais is also the Vice Chair of the Anglo Jordanian Society in the UK and been involved in many initiatives across EMEA to empower women, youth and refugees.
